JSA Consulting Services was founded in 2021 by Dr. Mahasin Abdullah. Dr. Mahasin Abdullah is a Transformative Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Champion & Strategist of professional and educational experience in varying industries. She is the CEO of JSA Consulting Services, a consulting firm that specializes in leadership, change management, and helping companies grow in diversity and authentic inclusion in the workplace. Dr. Abdullah uses her experience and educational training via her Doctorate in Management with a focus on Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, her MBA, Bachelor’s in Organizational Management, Executive Leadership Coaching Certificate, and certificate as a DE&I Coach which has helped her to create a frameworks for organizations to use for DE&I and consultation.
