Howard County Office of Workforce Development office strives to provide customer driven workforce services and is a partner at the Columbia Workforce Center (CWC) along with the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation and Division of Rehabilitation Services. The focus of the CWC is to meet the workforce and employment needs of the 21st century labor market.
