Konterra Realty LLC was formed as a partnership between real estate professionals and real estate owners to create a multidisciplinary team to develop, build, manage and lease commercial properties in the greater Baltimore/Washington DC area. Lines of service include, Development: Master planning for commercial, business, and residential Property Management: Directly managing over a million square feet of commercial product. Leasing: Exclusively representing the landlord in leasing activities and maintaining excellent broker relationships. Construction: Managing new construction projects and acting as the General Contractor on most tenant improvement construction.
