Event Description: We are pleased to announce a special opportunity for members of the West County Chamber of Commerce to set up tables at the Fort Meade Newcomers' Welcome Fair. We are asking all participants to contribute $50 through the West County Chamber Foundation to offset the cost of the banners and decorations needed to make this a truly special event. Contributions are tax deductible as charitable contributions and any funds not needed for the Newcomers' Fair will be used by the Military Affairs Committee to directly benefit the families of Fort Meade. Please note that all table registrations are subject to approval of the Fort Meade FMWR and cannot be guaranteed. Sorry, no financial institutions will be accepted. Space is limited, so if you are interested in participating please contact the Chamber office as soon as possible by calling 410-672-3422.
