Appointed April 4, 2025, Griffin oversees BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport, Martin State Airport, and Maryland’s aviation programs. With over 40 years in aviation and transportation engineering, she previously served as Associate Administrator of Airports for the FAA, leading national airport safety, planning, and funding programs for 3,300+ public-use airports. She brings transformational leadership experience from major airport authorities across the country.

COL Gore
A U.S. Army servant leader with 23+ years of service, COL Gore has led complex organizations in human resources, strategy, and operations—including senior roles at the Pentagon. She holds advanced degrees in leadership and strategic studies and is passionate about developing strong, people-centered leadership.

Dr. Bubnik-Harrison
Licensed psychologist at Kennedy Krieger Institute and co-leader of behavioral health services for military-connected families. She helps teens and families thrive using evidence-based strategies and is committed to promoting wellness and strong leadership communities in Central Maryland.
