Central Maryland Chamber (CMC) launches new program

As the chamber continues to work on behalf of our region through the COVID-19 crisis, we anticipate that the road for our business community is going to be challenging and difficult. The region and our business community will need the Central Maryland Chamber more than ever and we will need the community’s support. Today, we are launching a “Chamber Champion” program to help support the Chamber and its many small businesses through the next few months.

The Central Maryland Chamber brings value to the business community in many different facets. We continually monitor local, state and federal legislation that impacts our business community and respond as needed. CMC is dedicated to the economic well-being of our entire region, and as such, we continue to monitor requests in the Central Maryland area. We have tried to bring our community as much information and resources to help you deal with the COVID-19 challenge. From our resource page, social media outreach, virtual meetings, and more, we continue to strive to meet the needs of our region. But WE NEED YOUR HELP!

We are asking citizens, visitors and businesses to consider being a “Chamber Champion.” We ask you to make a $100 commitment or more. These funds will be used to ensure all our local small businesses and our community will have access to the resources of the Central Maryland Chamber including uninterrupted membership. It will ensure that our community will remain strong and vibrant into the future.
All our “Champions” will be listed on our website, newsletter and in social media. You will receive a virtual “Chamber Champion” logo for your use and will be invited to celebrate all our successes as well as a successful outcome to this current crisis in the future.

The Central Maryland Chamber of Commerce represents 400+ businesses and organizations in Anne Arundel, Howard and Prince George’s counties. CMC is a membership organization advocating, connecting, informing and promoting our members businesses. For more information on the “Chamber Champion” program or other available programs and services, please contact the chamber at (410) 672-3422.
